These are the standings for the SRS Team Trophy after the first two events. Points are awarded based on performance as well as participation. At the end of the series, the trophy can only be awarded on one team.

Earning points in the A-Class Omnium and the Sprint Tournament, Predator Cycling shows up strong again and extend their lead in the standings. There’s gotta be another team out there who can take these guys on. Engine No.11 and Chubby Boob Nerd Crew remain at odds with each other in 2nd and 3rd place respectively — it’s interesting to note that these are the only two teams who would be ahead of Predator Cycling if their scores were combined. Velo Club La Grange sent in a few powerful riders to move up to 4th place while DTLA Messengers remain in 5th place just with participation points.

Possibly the best night of track racing that I have seen yet. With full fields of racers in each class, the Golden Saddle boys grilling up a storm and cheering fans gathered around the rails, the 2nd annual Golden Saddle Grand Prix was a night not to be missed. Thank you to all the spectators, racers and of course our generous sponsors for contributing to an unforgettable night of bike races.
